Return & Refund Policy – IROAD Lebanon

At IROAD Lebanon, customer satisfaction is our top priority. For this reason, we offer a clear Refund & Returns process if you’re not completely satisfied with your dash cam purchase.

Return & Refund Eligibility

  • Firstly, you may request a return & refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
  • Please note, we cannot accept returns for items damaged or missing parts due to customer negligence.
  • A valid proof of purchase (receipt) is clearly required.
  • Additionally, items should not be sent directly to the manufacturer.

Non-Returnable Items

Please be aware that due to health, safety, or product type, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software or digital products
  • Personal care and hygiene items
  • Customized or special-order products

Refund Process at IROAD Lebanon

  • After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email regarding refund approval.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
  • Delivery fees are clearly non-refundable. Original delivery costs will be deducted from your refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn’t arrived, please follow these steps clearly:

  1. Double-check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as delays might occur.
  3. Finally, reach out directly to your bank for any additional processing delays.

If you’ve done this and still have no refund, contact us immediately at support@iroad-store.com.

Return & Refund for Sale Items and Discounts

  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for Return & Refund.
  • Discounted or clearance items are non-refundable.

Exchanges for Damaged Items

  • We only exchange items if they’re defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • To initiate an exchange, please email our support team at support@iroad-store.com.

Gifts and Store Credit Policy

  • If an item was marked as a gift, you’ll receive a gift credit equal to the item’s return value.
  • If the purchase wasn’t marked as a gift, refunds will clearly be processed to the original purchaser’s payment method.

Shipping Your Returns

  • Customers are responsible for paying return shipping fees (clearly non-refundable).
  • For high-value dash cams or accessories, we strongly recommend using trackable shipping or purchasing insurance. Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee receipt of returned items.
