IROAD Lebanon is an independent authorized distributor of IROAD dash cams, offering smart driving solutions with local support, fast delivery, and warranty service throughout Lebanon.
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Customers must contact us via WhatsApp or email before initiating a return.
Opened or used dash cams are not eligible for return, unless the product is defective.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
All IROAD Pro dash cams come with a 12-month limited warranty.
The warranty covers hardware defects under normal use.
It does not cover damage due to installation errors, misuse, impact, or unauthorized modification.
To claim warranty service, you must present proof of purchase (order ID or receipt).
Installation instructions are included with each product.
We recommend professional installation for optimal performance.
IROAD products are designed for 12–24V vehicles and support microSD cards up to 256GB (not included).
SIM card support is optional and dependent on your model version.
